So many I didn't know. The world of music is like a big ocean of artists and me in a little rowboat. Have a great weekend
Toccata.
I tell you now only do our cats look alike, but they have the same piggy habits.
Maybe it's the breed?
Haha! I don't think there is anything funnier than a cat's head in a pot. One of my mom's cats just LOVES bread products. Muffins are one of his favorites. Weird!
Busterp, I always feel that way when I see the different lists. It's really quite amazing just how much music is out there. Hope you too have a great weekend.
Justacoolcat I'm finding my cat is getting worse with age. Either that or he's just slower and I catch him in the act more.
Small town teacher, muffins?! That is weird. How many cats does your mom have?
I'm currently living with two cats while in Van. They are not winning me over, but I'm starting to appreciate their little quirks :)
Allison, you dog person you! I hope you are having yourself one great time. You deserve a fun reading break free from books and papers and responsibilities.
Cats eat weird things, our 2 cats love Spaghettis with bolognese sauce... and they enjoy the pasta and the veggies in it more than the meat... cats can be so weird sometimes!
When I was young, we had a dog who loved broccoli and brussel sprouts. The funny thing about the brussel sprouts is that she'd play with them for a while, rolling them around with her nose before she ate them.
This dog, a mutt who was partly white and partly black (hence the name "Partly"-- my family's five year old neighbor came up with the name) was something else. She weighed maybe twenty pounds, and as she got older, it took three people to get her to take a pill, even if it was wrapped in cheese of a hamburger. As she got old and senile, she would eat anything that dropped on the floor. It was an endless source of amusement as we'd give her the formerly dreaded pills by merely throwing them on the floor.
Evelyne, my friend's cat eat spaghetti and lasagna all the time but I don't think it eats the vegetables!
Johnny Yen, eating the brussel sprouts sounds weird but the playing with them and rolling them around first sounds spot on! Now if only Sammy Jo would learn the trick of gobbling up dreaded pills that I toss on the floor.
more pogues! more pogues!
my dog loves chow mein. and eats raw spaghetti. but then, he eats almost anything.
My mom has three cats
1. The diabetic Simese
2. The muffin eater (who is also VERY fat and likes to suck on earlobes)
3. Jupiter, also known as "poopy". he's pretty cranky.
I'm with busterp.
cats are so hard to figure out. my brother's two cats only like the dry, crunchy cat food and hate any table scraps/people food. but they eat paper, fluff, etc.???
668 aka neighbour of the beast, one can never get enough Pogues! Chow mein seemed kind of weird but then I read raw spaghetti: oh Goober what are you thinking!
Small town teacher I know it shouldn't but the diabetic siamese makes me laugh. It almost seems like an oxymoron. Siamese are supposed to be nice and sleek. I guess no one told that to your mom's cat. Muffin the ear lobe sucking cat and Jupiter otherwise known as poopy. I think I see where you get your warped sense of humour from! :)
Deb, glad to finally return the favour. Your lists always leave me with that 'huh' kind of feeling. I think especially because we're the same age. I would not mind having a cat that only wanted to eat the dry crunchy cat food. Sammy Jo eats paper edges as in the corners of unfinished paintings if I'm not careful.
i think he likes it because it's crunchy.
hmmm. now i want chow mein.
That is a very fine list - nice mix!
Cats (all pets probably) will eat anything that they think will freak you out. I firmly believe this.
like he cares. heh. mine eats durian *eeks*
668, well it would be crunchy. For some strange reason I now want to eat at the noodle house!
Barbara, it's just another one of their many devious ways to keep us on our toes!
Boo, surely you don't mean the fruit with the spiky things? Eeks is right!
Is that your cat eating out of a baking tray? hehe, thats so naughty.
I want to get a cat next year :D
I have two Maine Coon cats... the male comes running any time I open a can... of garbonzo beans. He despises tuna, but is absolutely obnoxiously infatuated with garbonzos. He and his mom also go bonkers for canned pumpkin and raw spinach leaves. I think I may have the world's only vegetarian cat...
Ethel of wotv
River, you would have so much fun living with a cat.
Women on the verge, thanks for stopping by. No tuna? Garbonzo beans? That's just so cat backwards. Too funny.
My cat named 'Puppy' ate salt and vinegar potato chips... He would sit there an beg me for chips.
No one told him cats are not supposed to eat chips...
Barbara, how ever did your cat get the name of Puppy! I couldn't decide which was more funny a cat named puppy or a vinegar chip eat cat!!
