I don't know where this week went. Last I looked it was Monday and now suddenly it's Friday and the weekend is upon us! Yay for that.
I was going to post a random shuffle but since I have been listening to Alfred Brendel all morning and have Liszt's Annees de peleringage on repeat in my head I think I will leave it so as not to break the incredible sounds of notes rippling up and down the piano inside me.
So instead I posted a couple of random pictures from where I live.
The hockey season is once again upon us and Saturday Hockey Night In Canada returns. Gee, I wonder what Deb will be doing? Watching the Canucks in London perhaps?
Have a good weekend everyone.

You have not looked up all week? You HAVE been busy!
That's the harbour in Victora? It's lovely, you live in such a pretty place.
Those pictures are great!
My roommate also reminded me that hockey is starting soon, she's the biggest Habs' Fan that I've ever seen, she never missed a game...
Barbara, that's our Inner Harbour all right, looking much more interesting than normal because it was the Classic Boat Festival which means a lot of pretty boats were mooored there instead of the usual whale watching boats.
Evelyne, my father and youngest nephew would get along swimmingly with your roomate. They too are die hard Habs fans.
Beautiful pictures!!! I really like the second one.
Hi Mellowlee, hope you are having a nice weekend. I guess tomorrow is another work day for you and I.
You have to work Sunday as well? Same as Mel?
Well Boo to that. Hope the rest of your weekend is going well though :)
Allison, yes I work Sundays but it's not so bad. I love having Fridays off so it's a good compromise. Besides for some unfathomable reason most kids just don't seem to want to work on their math on Fridays. Go figure.
Oh, how did I miss this!
Yes, I was watching Canucks AND Lions and even some Seahawks to round things out. A good weekend.
I really enjoyed your pictures...you wouldn't have far to go if you wanted to protest something, would you?!
Deb, it's as if we overlook the same view but from a different viewpoint. Unfortunately, I do not have quite the wildness that you have so close to you where you are.
i always enjoy and love your flower pics :)
Boo, good to see you again. How's school? I bet those kids adore you. Hope you are having lots of fun in the classroom.
Victoria is so beautiful.
Wayward Son, trust you to come around when I've nothing of interest up.
Totally beautiful, it seems like out there it is more "natural" out here places like that seem like they are all planned out by committee. Up for a job with Boieng if I'll be making frequent Northern visits, "fingers crossed".
Junky, good luck. Hope you get the job you want. You should visit Whitenoise's site. He's a pilot and posts some incredible pictures from the cockpit.
