Death to Weed Whackers Everywhere
I am sitting here while contemplating just how I can smash my neighbour's hedge cutter to shreds without getting caught. I'm about ready to weed whack him. Every Sunday at this time he brings that stupid thing out. Today it sounds like there is something seriously wrong with it but instead of gasping out one last dying breath the damn thing is grinding ever louder by the minute. Agh!
Oh, great he's put away the weed whacker and brought out the leaf blower. Oh joy, oh joy.

I suppose I should be grateful that he wasn't doing it while I was teaching earlier. My mood has taken a stormy turn.

I'll throw in a pretty rose to counteract the bitchy rant.

My last hair cut looked like a demented two year old took a weed whacker to it. I hates weed wackers. I hope you find a way to put an end to the horrible noise

Rats! I lost my comments. Ok, I'll try again. Of course the first set were terribly witty. Ha!

Kelly, sell it at the next garage sale but only to someone that lives out of earshot.

Mellowlee, your description of the demented two year old made me laugh. Sorry to laugh at your expense but it was pretty funny. You don't want to know the image it conjured up.

Gifted Typist, I wish I had thought of that comment for the title of this post.

Allison, I agree. All I can figure out is they blow all the crap from the ground and swirl it around in a dusty cloud before it all settles back down onto the ground again.

Is there anything more frustrating than a tool that:
a) makes whole bunch of noise, and b) can be just as easily done by a machine that makes no noise?

Nope, didn't think so.

I hope that weed whacker has gasped its last.
